502 square meters (5,430 square feet) of surface with 186 square meters (1,900 square feet) of terrace, parking lot for 2 cars, common shared areas of 10,000 square meters (100,000 square feet) approximately that include 2 shared pools, tables, chairs, beach umbrellas and lounge chairs; a Jacuzzi, a private sea water pool with a private beach, palapa with bar, wharf for boats and monitoring security 24 hours. 2 bedrooms 32 square meters (350 square feet) ocean view, each one with a king size bed and two single beds, each one with bathroom with 2 washbasins and a dressing room independent from the room, shower bath and toilet independent from the dressing room. 2 more bedrooms one 32 square meters (350 square feet), 2 queen size beds and 2 singles, the other one is 27 square meters (300 square feet) with 2 double beds and 2 singles; each one with bathroom with 2 washbasins and a dressing room independent from the room, shower bath and toilet independent from the dressing room. A total of 16 people can sleep in the Villa, or 19 if you decide to use the TV room as a dormitory; this last option does not count with the service personnel. Every room counts with bathroom and independent dressing room, air conditioning, electric curtains, ceiling fan, a 42 inch plasma screen with TV Sky system, DVD player, safe box, hair dryer, extinguisher and bathroom complements (shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper, disposable handkerchiefs, thermos with cold water, folder with sheets of paper, telephone service directory). TV room 46 square meters (500 square feet), bathroom, dressing room, toilet room, shower room, Sky TV system, X-Box video game, DVD player, wireless internet, audio equipment and computer. Kitchen; all its utensils and basic complements: (blender, extractor, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, knives, pots, frying pans, etc; a dining room for 12 people, telephone for local use only, ironing room, two rooms for service personnel for 3 and 1 person, one bathroom for both bedrooms. Half bathroom for visitors. Terrace 175 square meters (1,900 square feet) with a pool .80 of depth and a Jacuzzi 25 square meters (270 square feet), towels, living room for 8 people, cabana with a lounge for 9 people that has; 1 comfortable couch for 3 people and another one for 4 people, 2 single couches, a table for 10 people, 4 lounge chairs to take the sun, 2 beach umbrellas, one more table for 10 people, a round game table for 4 people, a bar, telephone for inter communication in all the rooms (only for local calls). Washing and ironing room. The cook is from 8:30 until 10:30 P.M. and its at your service only for cooking, maid to clean the rooms and waiter from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M
